Tostrud Law Group, along with co-counsel, filed a class action suit in 2012 against American Honda Motor Co.  This consumer protection suit was brought on behalf of a nationwide class of consumers who have purchased or leased Honda vehicles with defective window regulators.

The action was brought to remedy violations in connection with Honda’s marketing and distribution of the window regulators.  The suit alleges that Honda window regulators failed to conform to Honda’s product specifications; that Honda concealed from Plaintiffs and the Class that Honda’s window regulators do not conform to Honda’s stated product specifications; and that Honda’s false and/or misleading statements of fact and concealment of material facts concerning the performance and reliability of their window regulators were likely to deceive the public.
